Suzanne L. Hickey. "Susie", 62 of Halsey Rd. Port Byron passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving familyOn March 29, 2024. Susie was born April 11, 1961 in Auburn, NY the daughter of William Sr. and Brenda Tanner Garrigan. She worked at Tessy over the past ten years. She loved her job and the people she worked with. She was an avid canner. She enjoyed puzzling, playing solitaire, watching various tv shows and most of all spending time with her grandchildren, friends and family.. She was never afraid to tell you her opinion or exactly what she thought of you. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 43 years David Hickey Sr., Her four children Tressa Garrigan of N. Carolina, Tabatha (Steve) Polkinghorne of Liverpool, NY, Tiffany Hickey of Virginia and David Hickey Jr. of Port Byron. Grandchildren Stevie, Gabriella, Isabella, Darren, Destiny, Connor, Thomas and  Elijah. Siblings Ruth Hirshfield and Janie Sherman of Cato, , Jay (Tammy Winburn-kardos) and Hope (Scott) Blake of N. Carolina along with several Nieces and Nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by brothers William Garrigan Jr, and James Garrigan. Sisters Linda DeVille and Connie Terpening. Funeral arrangements are with the Audioun Funeral Home LLC 218 Main St. Port Byron, NY. A private graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Port Byron, NY. A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday April 6, 2024 at 12 pm at the Port Byron American Legion. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to 8384 Halsey Rd.
