David Parkhurst Obituary

David Lee Parkhurst 73, of Cato, NY passed away Friday January 5, 2024, at Syracuse VA Center. David was born in Cato, NY on August 22, 1950. He served his country in the US Army during Vietnam (1968-72). He was employed by SYROCO of Baldwinsville, N.Y. for over 20 years. He then retired after eight years from McLain's. He was a great Cook and had a passion for riding motorcycle, making many trips and adventures with his wife Nancy. David is survived by his loving wife of thirteen years Nancy Fox Parkhurst, Daughter Melissa Griffin, Son David Parkhurst Jr., Stepchildren Dennis (Sharol) Millus, Tonya Millus (Tanya Trotter) and Heidi Jones. Grandchildren Austin Marlow and Veronica Griffin, several Step grandchildren. David was predeceased by his first wife Barbara, Daughter Kimberly Marlow and Sister Judy Richardson. In accordance with David's wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Audioun Funeral Home LLC 218 Main St. Port Byron, NY has charge of services. Contributions in David's name to St. Jude's.
